Town Hall Square

Square where the current Town Hall and the old Town Hall, now converted into the Cristina García Rodero Museum, are located.
This square was porticoed until the end of the 19th century. It was the site of the market. The old town hall, now the Cristina García Rodero Museum, dates from 1921. 1921. At the door of the old town hall are the "stolpersteine": these are metal cubes metal cubes embedded in the floor. Each cube represents a puertollanero who was in the Mauthausen concentration camp.
